We’re gotten a lot of books in lately (or they’re on order). Check them out!
Perfect Chemistry by Simone Elkeles
Wondrous Strange by Lesley Livingston
Night World No.1 by L.J. Smith
Beautiful Americans by Lucy Silag
You Are So Undead to Me by Stacey Jay
Pretty Monsters: Stories by Kelly Link
I’m most looking foward to You Are So Undead to Me. Gotta love a book whose description includes: Her life – and more importantly, the homecoming dance – depends on it.
What are you looking forward to?

I just read “Little Brother” by Cory Doctorow from the High School section. It was amazing. It’s about a teenage guy who is taken by the Department of Homeland Security and tortured after a terrorist attack on San Fransisco. The reason Marcus is arrested…he’s a techno geek with pockets filled with cool technology gadgets. After he is released, he creates the XNET, access to the internet through XBoxes that cannot be tracked by the government. Marcus leads a techno revolution against the very government trying to destroy him.

I read Perfect Chemistry. Good book! I think mature audiences should read it though. Some of it was a little risky.
